In this sales support role, you'll dive into the dynamic world of media and advertising, gaining hands-on experience and training for future growth. Collaborate with diverse internal teams and develop a deep knowledge of the Advertising and Media industries, including cutting-edge digital and streaming workflows.

** Responsibilities*
* + Work closely with Sales, Inventory, Account and Traffic specialists to ensure the seamless execution of advertising and integrated marketing campaigns.

+ Handle client order entry and project management, coordinating with internal departments to guarantee client satisfaction and timely delivery for omni-channel strategies.

+ Track and report on campaign impressions regularly, collaborating with various departments to make necessary adjustments for optimal delivery and billing.

+ Generate and examine reports to identify and address discrepancies or issues related to campaigns and creative content.

+ Partner with Billing and Finance teams to clear discrepancies and ensure reliable revenue recognition at the end of campaigns.

+ Assist in the integration and management of digital and streaming advertising workflows, ensuring campaigns are optimized for various digital platforms.

** Basic Qualifications*
* + Associate or bachelors degree.

+ Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required to interface across multiple levels and groups.

+ The ability to understand and work with numbers, including basic arithmetic and more advanced algebraic concepts.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

+ Desire and interest to work in advertising sales across media & entertainment platforms.

+ Previous experience in media sales or advertising is a plus.

+ Awareness with digital and streaming advertising platforms and workflows.

+

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
