Jaguar Event Solutions specializes in events services, from environmental design and visual  development and virtual events. Graphic Designers are responsible for bringing creative solutions to life that support the projects and events as outlined by the Creative Services department leadership. They must be comfortable making conceptual decisions, have an eye for detail and visual hierarchy, as well as understand all levels of production from start to finish.

Graphic Designers play an important role in shaping the visual identity and creative execution of Jaguar Event Solutions' projects and events. Working within the Creative Services team, they contribute to the development of engaging visual experiences that support client objectives, strengthen brand storytelling, and enhance audience engagement. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, collaboration, and sound professional judgment to develop design solutions that align with the overall creative vision while meeting project goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Conceptualization and Ideation: Generate innovative and environmentally conscious design concepts for events, paying special attention to attendee flow, brand integration, and opportunities to surprise and delight.
• Spatial Planning and Layout: Develop detailed event layouts and lounge arrangements, considering sustainability, functionality, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal. Utilize Vector Works 3D modeling tools to create visual representations of event designs.
• Environmental Graphics and Wayfinding: Design environmental graphics, signage, and way finding solutions that enhance navigation, reinforce event branding, and improve the overall attendee experience.
• Material Selection and Sustainability: Research and recommend sustainable materials, finishes, and construction practices for event environments. Ensure designs align with environmental best practices and client sustainability goals.
• Design Documentation and Specifications: Prepare detailed design plans, renderings, presentations, production specifications, and installation documentation to effectively communicate design intent and support project execution.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project managers, event producers, architects, interior designers, fabricators, vendors, and other stakeholders to bring design concepts to life. Effectively communicate design ideas through presentations, visual aids, and project documentation.
