Pacifica Hotels - 6316 Moonstone Beach Drive - Responsibilities:
Greet arriving guests and complete established check-in procedures;
Facilitate guest departures by following established procedures to close guest accounts and determine future room availability;
Regularly calculate and post monies, receipts, and guest accounts with cash handling procedures to present accurate charges at checkout;
Answer inquiries and accept reservations in person and over the phone using PHCs reservation guidelines;
Operate the PBX equipment to handle incoming/outgoing calls and wake-up calls for guests
