Greet arriving guests and complete established check-in procedures;
Facilitate guest departures by following established procedures and close guest accounts;
Regularly calculate and post monies, receipts, and other forms of credit using cash handling procedures;
Answer inquiries and accept reservations, both in person and over the phone;
Operate PBX equipment, set wake-up calls, and communicate to guests for timely service
