Timo’s Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. in Thousand Palms, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team. You will manage high-volume calls to schedule appointments, document interactions, and resolve customer concerns while delivering quality service.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a call center, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Service Titan is a plus. Bilingual Spanish is a bonus; evening and weekend availability is expected.
