Part Time Customer Service Rep

Location: Van Nuys, CA 91401
Pay Rate: $22.00 $ 25.20/hour
Schedule: 20 40 hours per week | Onsite

Duration: 2-year contract

Support customer inquiries, payments, account questions, and general office functions. This role requires strong communication, customer service, accuracy, and the ability to work with both internal and external customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Process customer orders and provide follow-up support.
• Research and troubleshoot basic customer concerns.
• Accept payments by cash, check, or money order for services and products.
• Use company software and equipment to access and update customer account information.
• Balance cash and checks against system totals and prepare funds for deposit.
• Answer basic questions regarding payments and company programs.
• Refer customers to the appropriate department for service requests, high-bill inquiries, and more complex account needs.
• Maintain security of collected funds and operating cash.
• Perform routine clerical and monthly office tasks.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0 2 years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to accurately handle payments and basic financial transactions.
• Comfortable using computer systems and researching customer account information.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
