The Opportunity

• Start friendly conversations with shoppers and introduce our home service solutions
• Share basic details and answer initial questions in a professional manner
• Capture customer information and schedule appointments using a simple phone-based app
• Represent Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort with consistent courtesy and follow-through

• Strong verbal communication and comfort speaking with anyone who walks by
• Customer-first mindset and dependable professionalism
• Basic sales or customer service experience (lead generation experience is a plus)

You’ll arrive at your assigned retail location with your own transportation, get set up, and be ready to greet customers as they pass by. Much of the day is spent on your feet, staying attentive and approachable, with steady periods of conversation.

Between interactions, you’ll use your phone to enter information into an app, confirm appointment details, and keep your notes organized so nothing is missed. You’ll work independently, manage your pace, and wrap up by ensuring entries are complete and ready for the next step in the customer’s experience.

Salary: $16.90 - $25.00 per hour
