We are seeking a Customer Care & Sales Representative who excels at customer communication and has a strong sales mindset. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, skilled at explaining services, and motivated to convert inquiries into booked appointments and long-term customers.

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and confidence
• Schedule inspections and pest control services efficiently
• Educate customers on our services and clearly explain value and benefits
• Upsell and cross-sell applicable services when appropriate
• Assist customers and field technicians with scheduling, service questions, and order concerns
• Handle basic billing, payment, and report-related questions
• Maintain accurate customer and job records
• Support team goals related to booking rates, conversions, and customer satisfaction

• Strong sales ability with a customer-first approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling objections and closing appointments
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Professional phone presence and positive attitude
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales preferred
