Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM (Per Diem as needed)

Base Pay: $25.00‑$33.43 per hour DOE

• Assist the dentist chairside and prepare the treatment room.
• Stocks the operatory, mounts cases, and sets instruments.
• Takes impressions, pours models, and removes excess cement from crowns.
• Takes, develops, mounts, and labels x‑rays.
• Applies topical fluoride and provides hygiene instructions.
• Rinses patients, cleans the operatory, disinfects instruments, and sterilizes equipment.
• Escorts patients to the front desk and processes superbills.
• Maintains daily disinfection of equipment and counters.
• Schedules patients, confirms appointments, and answers phones as needed.
• Assists the Dental Hygienist with perio charting, recall, and sealants.
• Maintains the dental lab, orders supplies, and orders sterilizer cleaning.
• Operates handpieces, flushes air‑water syringes, and turns on A‑DEC units in the morning.
• May be required to fill in at Campo location when needed.
• Follows flexible scheduling based on need.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Current RDA license, Dental X‑ray license, and CPR card.
• High school diploma or GED certificate; 18 years of age or older.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Insurable under SIHC vehicle insurance policy at hire and employment.
• Must have valid certifications/licenses as required by the position.
• Strong team‑building, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with dental staff.
• Physical ability to sit or stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lb., and perform repetitive hand movements.
