Smile Style Dental Studio is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist who can confidently step into a $5,000+ daily production environment, diagnose comprehensively, and build lasting patient relationships — not just “fill holes.”

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for a doctor who is comfortable leading cases, managing treatment flow efficiently, and presenting treatment in a way that builds trust and long-term value.

This is a part-time position (Wednesdays & Fridays) with a clear path to additional clinical days — and partnership — for a high-performing, leadership-minded associate.

We are a boutique, modern dental practice in San Diego where precision dentistry meets a spa-level patient experience.

Currently PPO-heavy, we are actively working toward a more comprehensive, relationship-based, fee-for-service model. We are committed to quality over quotas and long-term patient care.

The right associate will grow into a lead general dentist role, allowing the owner to focus on practice growth and advanced cosmetic dentistry as the practice transitions toward a comprehensive, fee-for-service model.

• DDS/DMD licensed in California
• 2+ years clinical experience required
• Comfortable producing $5K+ per day in a comprehensive model
• Strong in treatment planning and case acceptance
• Confident presenting and ethically closing treatment
• Experience with Invisalign and root canal therapy preferred
• Cosmetic dentistry experience preferred
• CEREC experience a strong plus
• Team-oriented and leadership-minded
