Dental Assistant

This is a full-time, on-site position for the Assistant role TIS L L HOWARD, DDS, INC, located in Spring Valley, CA. The Assistant will support daily operations by maintaining organized patient records, assisting with scheduling, preparing exam rooms, and ensuring cleanliness and readiness for procedures. Additional responsibilities include direct patient interaction, sterilizing instruments, supporting dental professionals during procedures, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

• Proficiency in assisting with dental procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and sterilizing instruments
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and managing patient records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of dental terminology and familiarity with dental office software is a plus
• Prior experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to dental assistance are advantageous
