Orthodontist (Part-Time)

Schedule: 2–4 Days per Month
Compensation: 50/50 Collections Split
Our client is seeking a skilled and personable Orthodontist to join their established dental practice in Bonita, CA on a part‑time basis (2–4 days per month). This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider looking to supplement their schedule while working in a supportive and well‑organized clinical environment.
Position OverviewThe Orthodontist will be responsible for providing comprehensive orthodontic care to children, teens, and adult patients. The practice has an existing patient base and is looking to continue growing its orthodontic services.
Responsibilities- Perform orthodontic consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
- Diagnose malocclusions and design appropriate treatment strategies.
- Place and adjust braces, clear aligners, and other orthodontic appliances.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary treatment modifications.
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment expectations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with the general dentist and team to ensure continuity of care.
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.
- Active California dental license in good standing.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a part‑time setting.
- 50/50 collections split.
