Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Blue Stone Health & Wellness is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic dental team. As an RDA, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-quality dental care and ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient care, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, offering essential instruments and materials.
- Take dental X-rays and accurately process them for diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments, strictly adhering to infection control protocols.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide post-operative care instructions.
- Manage patient records, including updating medical histories and treatment plans.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as appointment scheduling and coordinating patient flow.
- Assist with diverse procedures and fully utilize RDA skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Active Registered Dental Assistant certification is required.
- Xray Licensed
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly demeanor, self-motivation, and a high level of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both patients and the dental team.
