Watson, Niven, Skahen Comprehensive, Restorative, & Esthetic Dentistry is seeking an energetic Front Office Assistant to join our Newport Beach, CA team! As the initial point of contact, you will have the chance to create positive patient experiences by welcoming our guests and making them your top priority. We emphasize teamwork and strive to create a collaborative, supportive environment for our staff.

Compensation

• $30 - $32 an hour based on experience

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Friday, 7:00 am - 2:30 pm

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior dental front office experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Eaglesoft software is a plus
• Experience with insurance verification is a plus
• Knowledge of dental terminology is highly preferred and codes, and posting EOBs is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and skills
• Highly organized
• Seeking individuals with a demonstrated ability to rapidly absorb new information and the ability to adapt to changing and fast-paced environments
