• Licensure: Valid California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing (required).
• Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification.

  Strong working knowledge of modern dental hygiene equipment. Laser certification is a major plus, but we provide comprehensive training upon hire.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional patient communication skills, warm and empathetic bedside manner, sharp attention to detail, and collaborative team spirit.
• Safety & Compliance: Routine pre‑employment drug screening required. We exceed CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines.
