Carmel River Dentistry is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our patient-centered dental practice in beautiful Carmel, California.   : $50.00–$75.00 per hour

Schedule (each work day includes a 1hr lunch 1 PM - 2 PM)

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Closed Saturday, Sunday, Monday

• Perform adult and pediatric dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as needed
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments
• Screen for periodontal disease and other oral health concerns
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Follow OSHA and infection control protocols
• Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to provide outstanding patient care
• Build lasting relationships by delivering a comfortable, compassionate patient experience

• Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Positive attitude with exceptional chairside manner
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records preferred

The base pay range for this role is $55 – $75 per hour.
