About Monte J Smith DDS and Associates, Inc.
We are a small and mighty dental office with one doctor in a beautiful community (like being on vacation). Our focus is on patient customer service and we have been voted best dentist at “Next Door” for ten years in a row.
DescriptionWe are seeking a Dental Office Manager to become a part of our small and mighty team! You will coordinate current staff, dental scheduling, patient care and insurance billing.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee dental activities and personnel
- Schedule dental procedures productively
- Work collaboratively with Dr and staff to implement smooth workflow
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient with Open Dental Software (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Willing to look at a relocation bonus for out of the area candidates
$25 - $34 per hour
