Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – $33–$42/hr + Benefits

Ross Family Dentistry is an established, patient-focused, highly regarded private general practice with a state-of-the-art office and an amazing, fun team. We’re looking for an exceptional, sincere, and motivated Experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join us.

Compensation- $33–$42/hour, depending on experience
- 401(k) plan* — full-time employees

- Full-Time: 4 days per week
- Assist doctors with all chairside and four-handed dentistry procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure patients are comfortable and well cared for
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection-control protocols
- Provide an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
- Maintain accurate clinical records in Dentrix Ascend
- Cross-trained a plus
- Assist with Invisalign and iTero scanning
- Current California RDA license
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- A genuine commitment to providing outstanding patient care
- Invisalign and iTero experience
