DENTIST

Redding Rancheria seeks a Dentist to deliver compassionate, high-quality dental care to tribal members and the broader community. The Dentist will provide comprehensive exams, restorative and preventive services, treatment planning, and patient education in a culturally respectful environment. Working within our Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to improve long-term oral health outcomes. This role supports our mission of community well-being, cultural preservation, and sustainable access to healthcare for current and future generations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oral examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients of all ages
• Perform restorative, preventive, and basic surgical dental procedures following clinical best practices
• Educate patients and families on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and long-term care plans
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and medical providers to coordinate integrated patient care
• Document all care accurately in electronic dental records and maintain required clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with infection control, OSHA, and regulatory standards in all clinical areas
• Participate in community outreach, screenings, and health education initiatives as needed
• Contribute to a culturally respectful care environment that honors tribal values and traditions
