Interior Design Consultant - Yountville

Summary

Provide a luxury client experience in the RH Yountville Gallery by assessing walk-in clientele and partnering with RH Interior Design to deliver curated residential solutions. The Design Consultant owns the client relationship from initial contact through product delivery, growing and maintaining a strong client base while representing the RH lifestyle with expertise and professionalism.

• Welcome and qualify walk‑in clients, assess design needs, and educate on RH Interior Design services
• Manage all phases of the client experience from initial consultation to product delivery
• Build and maintain a pipeline of clients and ensure fiscal goals are met
• Represent the RH brand through professional presentation and communication
• Support gallery visual and quality standards and collaborate with internal design teams

• Experience in a design firm or high‑end furniture/luxury retail preferred
• Background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred; people‑ and relationship‑driven
• Highly organized, collaborative, results‑oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, maneuver around gallery spaces, and tolerate prolonged standing; licensed to drive and ability to travel preferred
