Architectural Drafter / BIM Technician

Responsible for working in Revit to produce high-quality construction documents and technical drawings across a variety of project types. You will collaborate with project managers, building and planning department officials, and other team members to support architects and designers.

• You will work in Revit on existing plans, design, and construction documents. We like to give each employee the opportunity to be a part of projects from beginning to end.
• You will be an integral part of the team, working with each project manager, and building and planning department officials.
• This role supports project architects and designers through the production of high-quality construction documents and technical drawings across a variety of project types. In our small office we help each other and feel comfortable asking questions.
• We will work closely with you to be sure you have the tools you need and check your work and progress along the way.

• Residential – architectural and interior design for remodels and new homes
• Civic – government and colleges
• Commercial – restaurants, music venues, salons, retail, and offices

• Proficient in Revit (required)
• 3–5 years of experience
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Asana experience a plus
• Computer modeling and rendering skills a plus
• Experience in creating construction documents

Santa Cruz, CA – four days in‑office at our Santa Cruz studio, one day remote.
