Job Description
The Creative Designer plays a critical role within our fast-paced, in-house creative agency. This is a high-visibility position where you will help shape the visual narrative of our most prestigious initiatives‑most notably our official sponsorship of the Olympics and the upcoming LA28 Games. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop, reimagine, and produce layouts, original content, and advertising across all media.
As a Designer on this team, you will utilize project management and elite design skills to bring our Olympic partnership to life while staying diligently within established brand strategies and global guidelines.
- Actively manage, design, and produce final assets for major marketing initiatives, including premier creative for our Olympics and LA28 activations.
- Create and maintain world-class brand assets-including patterns, icons, templates, and layouts-ensuring they meet the rigorous standards of global sporting partnerships.
- Apply a cohesive look and feel across digital, eCommerce, print, and video for multiple devices (web, desktop, tablet, and mobile).
- Independently develop design solutions from initial concepts to wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Maintain a results-oriented approach with a firm understanding of the marketing lifecycle and the unique timelines associated with global event cycles.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- Advanced skills in creative design, typography, page layout, color theory and illustration
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and related platforms - Familiarity and a desire to expand your UX/UI practices and methodologies using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma
- Strong knowledge of media production across print, web, mobile, social, etc.
- Fundamental photography skills

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Westlake Village, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
