Location: Campo
Locums to Permanent opportunity for Family Medicine Director needed in the beautiful city of California! Approximately 2 hours from Campo! We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Board Certified Family Medicine Residency Program Director to lead and manage our esteemed residency program near Campo, California. The Program Director will ensure compliance with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) standards, oversee curriculum development, and nurture faculty and resident growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Family Medicine Residency Program. Ensure adherence to ACGME accreditation standards and institutional requirements. Develop, implement, and evaluate a robust curriculum aligned with best practices in family medicine education. Recruit, mentor, and support faculty members to achieve high educational and professional standards. Manage the resident selection process in compliance with National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) guidelines.
Qualifications:
MD or DO, board-certified in Family Medicine Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in Family Medicine, with 3 years in an academic or leadership role Demonstrated experience in residency or medical education leadership. Demonstrated knowledge of ACGME policies, accreditation, and GME best practices Proven track record in mentorship, program development, and educational leadership Eligible for California medical licensure Apply now to join our team!
