Hematology/Oncology Physician Near Lakehead, CA We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Hematology/Oncology Physician for a locum tenens position near Lakehead, CA. Schedule:

Weekdays:
Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with night call coverage. Weekends: 24-hour remote call coverage from Friday through Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:
Diagnose, stage, and manage symptoms for Hematology/Oncology patients. Oversee precision medicine and all aspects of treatment, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other therapeutic procedures. Provide MD oversight for both the Oncology/Hematology clinic and Infusion Services. Ensure MD presence onsite at the Infusion Center during all treatments. Infusion Services:
The Infusion Center offers chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood and platelet transfusions, hormone therapy, antibiotic therapy, rheumatoid arthritis injections, and therapeutic phlebotomies.

Bone marrow biopsies are referred to an outside provider. Support Staff:
