Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages Manage a diverse patient population, including some Chronic Pain Management cases Ensure chart closure within 72 hours of patient encounters Minimum of 18 patients seen per day Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care Practice Setting EMR System:

Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results, Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization
