Health Center in northern California has a need for at least one BE/BC Family Medicine physician. As a full-time Physician, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, including preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management. You will diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions, coordinate care with specialists as needed, and support an integrated, team-based approach to patient care.

You will also play an active role in strengthening and expanding clinical services, participate in provider meetings, and support community outreach initiatives that align with mission. This position offers a four-day workweek with no weekends, holidays, or on-call duties, and a competitive salary range of $235,000-$250,000, depending on experience.

Sign-on bonus is through Partnership Health Plan of California s (PHC) Provider Recruitment Program. Provider must not currently be working in a PHC 24 county service area and is paid out in stages over 5 years.
NHSC is a health worker shortage area loan repayment program that can offer up to $75,000 off student loans for two years of service at a NHSC approved site.
