Rush Copley Medical Center, in Aurora, Illinois, part of the Rush University System for Health network of hospitals, is seeking a BC/BE Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join their primary care team in Yorkville, IL.

• Rush Medical Group Primary Care offers health care for the entire family from acute illness to chronic medical issues. Our family medicine doctors see patients of all ages — from newborns to seniors.
• Access to on-site Sports Medicine Physician for consultation and collaboration.
• Clinic is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, Saturday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm, closed on Sundays.
• Desirable schedule of 36 patient facing hours per week with 1 evening shift until 7pm and 1 Saturday morning per month.
• Call responsibility:
  Each physician covers their own weekday call after hours. Weekend call is shared 1:5.
• This is a full-time, 100% outpatient role offering a balanced patient schedule with an even mix of pediatric and adult patients.
• The practice provides comprehensive primary care in a supportive environment with established systems and a team of 4.0 FTE Family Medicine physicians and 1.0 FTE Advanced Practice Provider.

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Collaborate with nursing staff and support team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Participate in weekend call rotation to ensure continuity of care for patients
• Contribute to practice growth during our expansion phase

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
• Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine
• Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.

Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. Additional compensation may include sign‑on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay Range: $265,000 - $345,000
