Requirements to Apply

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Active California medical license
• Board certified in a primary care specialty
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification
• Proficiency in primary care, preventive care, minor procedures, gynecologic care, and emergency medicine
• Ability to supervise Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, and other clinical staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Availability for evening or weekend shifts as needed
• Preferred: Bilingual Spanish/English

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Family Medicine Physician to join a thriving community health center in San Jacinto, CA. This role provides full-scope outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan and contributes to clinical quality, team collaboration, and patient-centered initiatives.

Physicians in this setting enjoy the opportunity to practice meaningful medicine—focusing on access, prevention, chronic disease management, and culturally responsive care. This position includes a $30,000 sign-on bonus, paid half at hire and half at six months.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive primary care, including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive screenings, and minor procedures
• Manage chronic and acute conditions across all age groups
• Maintain thorough, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers and support staff
• Participate in after-hours call rotation and ensure coverage before leaving clinic
• Support quality improvement goals, productivity benchmarks, and peer review activities
• Coordinate referrals, specialty care, and hospital follow-up
• Contribute to Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) functions and culturally informed care initiatives
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and compliance programs
• Uphold all organizational policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines
