The practice offers comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team that helps streamline the day-to-day so you can focus on patient care. • Well-established dermatology practice serving the Lakeport community and surrounding areas.
• Full-service practice offering medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
• Established patient demand and opportunity to build and retain a strong patient panel.
• Experienced clinical and administrative support, including team members who assist with clinical administrative tasks and documentation.
• Full-time schedule of 4+ days per week.
• No weekends and no inpatient requirements.

• Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair and nail disorders, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures.
• Step into an established patient base while continuing to grow your own panel.
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice.
• Take on increasing leadership and practice management responsibilities as you progress toward partnership.

• Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist, MD or DO.
• Active California medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Interest in a long-term opportunity with openness to partnership/ownership.
• Comfort managing a full-scope medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership potential, and a patient-first mindset.
• Business-minded approach and interest in contributing to practice growth.
