Job Summary

This is a rare opportunity to join a long-established, collaborative practice where FHO capitation delivers approximately CAD $540,000 (£290,000) in full-time gross income per year. An in-house psychiatrist, pharmacist and wider allied health team work alongside you, colleagues cover each other's leave, and you inherit a ready-made panel of patients who value continuity. The Practice Established in 2008, an FHO practice where GPs are paid capitation for registered patients rather than FFS, rewarding relationship-based, preventative care over volume.

A genuinely integrated team - psychiatrist, pharmacist, dietitian, social worker, OT, diabetes educator and NPs all on site, so complex patients get joined-up care without waiting on external referrals. Not hierarchical - long-serving staff, many with 30+ years at the practice, solve problems together, cover for one another and make sure every voice is heard. A balanced patient base across all ages - not elderly-heavy, and not a drug-seeking or high-acuity narcotic population, but patients who genuinely value relationship-centred care.

Teaching affiliation with the University of Toronto, mentoring medical students and second-year residents for GPs who enjoy teaching.
