Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a growing practice serving the Amador County community in Jackson, CA. This opportunity offers exceptional flexibility, allowing physicians to choose an outpatient-only role, include hospital work, perform procedures, or focus solely on clinic-based care based on individual interests. Located just a short drive from El Dorado Hills, Folsom, and Sacramento, this position combines the close-knit feel of rural medicine with convenient access to a full network of specialists and tertiary resources.

Compensation
- Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000
- Retention bonus of up to $50,000
- 2-year compensation guarantee of $314,000 + up to 20% productivity bonus
- Resident Stipend up to $3,000 per month
- Forgivable loan up to $200,000
