Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

Recruit Well is seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a growing behavioral health program in Northern California. The clinician will provide comprehensive mental health care across an ambulatory clinic setting and an adolescent intensive outpatient program. This flexible full-time or part-time role offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment with an integrated electronic health record system.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for children and adolescents
• Deliver care in outpatient and intensive outpatient program settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including psychotherapy and medication management
• Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented clinical environment

Compensation

• $325,000 - $365,000
• Competitive compensation structure with transition to productivity-based model

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Completion of fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• Board certified or board eligible (with intent to become certified within one year)
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in California
• Commitment to evidence-based care and excellence in patient experience
