As a Tutor at Tutor Me Education, you will provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring to students with special needs in their homes. You will help students with daily activities, offer moral support, and deliver tailored instruction based on their Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

• In-Person Tutoring in Winchester, CA
• Schedule:
  
  2x a week
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience

• Strong background in education, special education, or a related field
• Experience working with students with ASD, ADHD, and/or dyslexia
• Deep understanding of differentiated instruction and multisensory learning strategies
• Skilled in both literacy and elementary math instruction
• Familiarity with homeschool or charter school environments a plus
• Professional, patient, and highly reliable

• Deliver highly individualized instruction in math and literacy using evidence-based strategies
• Reinforce subtraction, problem-solving, and number sense using visual and hands-on methods
• Support spelling, phonics, and phonemic awareness through structured, multisensory instruction
• Adapt sessions to the student s learning style and needs, incorporating movement breaks and sensory-friendly approaches
• Coordinate with the student s ABA therapist to align behavioral and learning strategies
• Provide consistent, encouraging, and structured sessions that support both academic progress and confidence
• Communicate with the parent regarding progress, challenges, and next steps
