More than 8,500 diverse student learners are provided an exceptional education experience throughout the district's early learning center, six elementary schools (K
- Grade
5) including both French and Spanish Immersion programs, two middle schools (Grades 6-8), a high school (9-12), and the Edina Virtual Pathway online program. This position qualifies for the Minnesota Great Start Compensation Support Payment Program! The Minnesota Great Start Compensation Support Payment Program is a new state program that provides compensation support to eligible child care centers specifically to recruit and retain child care employees who regularly care for children.

Kids' Club Lead - Summer Only

Normandale, Cornelia, Countryside Elementary School

Candidates are hired to work part-time or full-time shifts, depending on program need. Consistent weekly schedule preferred.

Summer Program operates 7:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday - Friday. Part time and Full time. We will work with candidates to plan around schedules as much as possible.

6/1/2026 - 8/14/2026

The wage for this position ranges from $16.97 to $23.34 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. New hires will typically start at the entry-level rate within the wage range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, in consideration of the individual's experience and the school district's budget.
