Enrichment Site Lead - School Year

School Year Program Operates Monday - Friday with Varying Hours

170 (student contact days)

High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of related work experience is required.

The following certifications and training are required upon hire or within six months of employment: CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), DHS Certification.

The wage for this position ranges from $20.16 to $25.10 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. New hires will typically start at the entry-level rate within the wage range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate. These decisions will be made on a case‑by‑case basis, in consideration of the individual's experience and the school district's budget.

This is a temporary/casual position. Eligible employees will participate in the state's largest pension program, the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA). Leave benefits will be applied in accordance with Minnesota law.
