- Colorado Department of Education Teaching License with English Language Arts/Reading or Math endorsement preferred
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree preferred. Must submit official transcripts upon hire.
- Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience including effective ratings on the three most recent evaluations
- Demonstrated knowledge of most current Colorado Academic Standards
- Deep knowledge of instructional strategies, data-driven instruction, and coaching and mentoring best practices
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the superintendent and Board may find appropriate and acceptable
- Must have met experience and educational requirements for a Colorado License
- Educational leadership experience preferred
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
- $63,324 or higher (Based on Salary Schedule, Masters Degree & 5 years of experience) - exact salary based upon education and experience. Can receive up to 10 years of experience credit for teaching work within the last 13 years.
- Additional hard-to-fill stipend available
- Primary work is days with some evening responsibilities
- Compensation for this position will be fixed annually by the Board of Education
- School District Comprehensive Benefits – please refer to Board Policies and summary sheet
- 193 days – Instructional coaches will work 10 days in addition to the standard teacher contract.
- Employment is subject to approval or ratification of a Contract by the Board of Education
