This is a full-time, on-site teaching position located in Los Olivos, CA. The teacher will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and rigorous lessons tailored to meet diverse student needs. Responsibilities include fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, collaborating with colleagues on curricular and extracurricular activities, and maintaining open communication with students, parents, and the school community. The role will also involve active participation in school events and activities to support students’ holistic growth and development.

• Proficiency in subject-specific knowledge and instructional skills to deliver engaging and effective lessons
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and support students in academic, social, and emotional growth
• Capacity to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school stakeholders effectively
• Experience with educational technology and innovative teaching methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required; a teaching credential or master’s degree in education or related field is preferred
