What You’ll Do:
  • Provide direct support to students with disabilities, focusing on behavioral, social-emotional, and academic development.
  • Assist in implementing individualized behavior interventions and strategies outlined in IEPs.
  • Monitor and document student behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
  • Support positive behavior management and reinforce social-emotional skill development in the classroom.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, BCBAs, and specialists to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral supports.
  • Facilitate one-on-one or small group sessions targeting behavioral goals and skill-building.
  • Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment that promotes student success.

What You’ll Need:
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
