What You’ll Do:- Provide direct support to students with disabilities, focusing on behavioral, social-emotional, and academic development.
- Assist in implementing individualized behavior interventions and strategies outlined in IEPs.
- Monitor and document student behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
- Support positive behavior management and reinforce social-emotional skill development in the classroom.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, BCBAs, and specialists to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral supports.
- Facilitate one-on-one or small group sessions targeting behavioral goals and skill-building.
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment that promotes student success.

- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Experience working with children, especially in school, camp, or care settings (preferred)
