Test Coordinator
Full-Time (11-month), Non-exempt, Category 4
Reports to:
Senior Academic Dean
The Test Coordinator oversees the registration, administration, and operational processes for major external and school-based assessments taken by Oaks Christian students. These assessments include, but are not limited to, the PSAT, SAT, ACT, AP exams, MAP Growth testing, and other large-scale exams as assigned. While detail-oriented and committed to accurate recordkeeping, the Test Coordinator must thrive in a collaborative environment across multiple departments throughout the institution.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Manage the registration process for all on-campus AP exams, including teacher, student, and parent communication, payment coordination, timely exam ordering, and compliance with all College Board deadlines and policies.
- Coordinate the administration of all on-campus AP exams, including scheduling, facility use, accommodation testing, and proctor assignments.
- In collaboration with the Department of College Counseling, oversee the registration and administration of the annual PSAT.
- Manage the registration and administration of four on-campus SAT exam dates for Oaks Christian students, including testing that may occur on weekends or outside regular school hours; responsibilities may expand to include ACT testing.
- Partner with the Middle School Academic Dean during MAP testing to support efficient and effective processes.
- Work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
