- Weekly pay via direct deposit

- Ongoing support designed for BCBAs, by people who understand ABA
- The role is non‑exempt. Actual pay is hourly and based on hours worked
- Referral bonuses – refer a friend and you both earn gift cards after 10 shifts
- Functional Behavioral Assessments and collaboration on IEP/BIP creation
- Modeling and coaching for site‑based staff
- Supervision of Scoot RBTs (In‑person preferred, but virtual supervision may be considered)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Commitment to collaborative, student‑centered behavior support
- Experience working with school‑aged children is a plus
