Qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential required
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Passion for helping children and families navigate social, emotional, and academic challenges

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling services to students individually and in groups
• Assess student needs and develop intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student well-being
• Serve as an advocate for students, helping them access resources
• Conduct crisis intervention, as needed
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district policies
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to create supportive educational plans
