Qualifications- Must have at least 30 college credits from a regionally accredited institution
- Instructional Substitute Certification by NJDOE required to begin working
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrated ability to assist with instructional activities and to communicate effectively with students, parents and school staff
- Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
- Due to the Affordable Health Care Act, district substitutes cannot work over 28 hours per week
- Salary is $150.00 per FULL day
Selection of employees will be made on the basis of occupational qualification, education and character and without regard to age, sex, race, creed, color or national origin.
