Student Services Coordinator

Middle school campus in Chatsworth, CA.

Hours:

M-W-F 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. and T‑Th 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (24 hours per week).

• Supervise students during school hours (12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.) and lead supervision after school (3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.).
• Serve as the point person, in coordination with the security team, for any emergencies after school using the Ruvna emergency management system.
• Act as a substitute for afternoon classes on an as‑needed basis.
• Build strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff.
• Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and ability to relate to and supervise middle‑school students.

• Previous child‑care or student‑oversight experience preferred.
• Previous substitute experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
