Principal For Alternative Education Schools/Programs
Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Student Support Services, serves as the educational leader for Sierra Home School, Spring Hill High School, and County Community Schools, at our Alternative Education Complex. Responsible for the direction and coordination of instructional programs, operation of the physical plant, participation in staff and student activities, overall supervision and evaluation of staff, preservation of a positive school climate, and maintenance of effective communication between the school and the community.
This position is part of the Administrative Employee Unit at MCUSD/MCOE and will be placed on depending on experience on the K-8 Principal Administrative Employee Salary schedule. PLEASE NOTE THE 2025-26 & 2026-27 SALARY SCHEDULE IS PENDING - SALARY IS CURRENTLY BASED ON THE 2024-25 SALARY SCHEDULE.
