Location: Gold River
Vancouver Island West (School District 84) is seeking a Temporary 1.0 Fte Teacher for the Joint Secondary School for the academic year from September 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The successful candidate will teach Physical Education and Nuu-chah-nulth language, alongside junior-level courses in math and science.
Essential qualifications include a valid BC Certification and a major in Science or Math, along with training in current teaching methodologies. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to inclusive education.
