Passionate about shaping the future of Counselling? Join our London-based Further Education team as a Curriculum Manager and lead the development and delivery of industry-relevant programmes that shape student futures.

• Lead the development and delivery of outstanding educational provision.
• Collaborate with staff across departments to implement innovative and inclusive practices that support learners and colleagues to thrive.
• Line manage teaching and support staff, driving performance and accountability.
• Design, plan, and deliver high-quality, learner-focused curriculum programmes.
• Understand compliance, funding regulations, and quality assurance processes.
• Use data effectively to improve learner attendance, retention, and progression.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective, high-impact delivery.
• Prepare for and contribute to internal and external audits, inspections (e.g., Ofsted), and quality reviews.
• Lead the team to ensure learner progress is tracked via Pro Monitor continually.

• Strong track record in leading curriculum design and delivery at an educational level.
• Deep understanding of curriculum design, quality assurance, and student achievement.
• Strategic thinking, effective communication, and people-management skills.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to build partnerships internally and externally.
• Commitment to inclusive, empowering learning environments.
• Proactive, strategic mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learner success.
• A relevant teaching qualification and leadership training (or willingness to obtain) with experience in Counselling.
