Passionate about shaping the future of Counselling? Join our London-based Further Education team as a Curriculum Manager and lead the development and delivery of industry-relevant programmes that shape student futures.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and delivery of outstanding educational provision.
- Collaborate with staff across departments to implement innovative and inclusive practices that support learners and colleagues to thrive.
- Line manage teaching and support staff, driving performance and accountability.
- Design, plan, and deliver high-quality, learner-focused curriculum programmes.
- Understand compliance, funding regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Use data effectively to improve learner attendance, retention, and progression.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective, high-impact delivery.
- Prepare for and contribute to internal and external audits, inspections (e.g., Ofsted), and quality reviews.
- Lead the team to ensure learner progress is tracked via Pro Monitor continually.
- Strong track record in leading curriculum design and delivery at an educational level.
- Deep understanding of curriculum design, quality assurance, and student achievement.
- Strategic thinking, effective communication, and people-management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to build partnerships internally and externally.
- Commitment to inclusive, empowering learning environments.
- Proactive, strategic mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learner success.
- A relevant teaching qualification and leadership training (or willingness to obtain) with experience in Counselling.
