Overview

Capital City College is seeking to appoint enthusiastic and skilled Science Lecturer to join our London-based team. The role is full-time and permanent, focusing on delivering GCSE Science and supporting learners to achieve their goals.

• Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in Science for GCSE in line with awarding body/framework requirements.
• Support curriculum development and provide academic and pastoral guidance to students.
• Inspire and support students to progress within their chosen field.

• Proven experience in teaching within a further education setting.
• Strong knowledge of and ability to implement the criteria of the awarding bodies.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
• A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching.
• A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one).
• Confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and capable of inspiring them to achieve their potential.
