Director Assistant for the Elementary Leisure Center André Normand
Job DescriptionLocated under the hierarchical and functional authority of the director of elementary leisure centers within the school and after-school activities department, you will hold the position of director assistant (M/F) of the elementary leisure center André Normand. Main activities:
- Ensure the physical, moral, and emotional safety of children and the team, - Participate in the development and implementation of the structure's pedagogical project (writing, application, evaluation), - Support the animation team in the development, implementation, and evaluation of their animation projects, - Assist in the administrative management of the structure, - Supervise an animation team, - Participate in organizing daily life, activities, and trips during after-school (Wednesdays) and extracurricular times (holidays), - Supervise children during different after-school times (and extracurricular), - Train and evaluate trainee and/or graduate animators, - Ensure good communication between the director and the team, - Prepare and conduct team meetings for the development of Wednesday schedules (activities, highlights, trips…).
Secondary activities:
- Implement fire alert and PPMS exercises, - Participate in the Minimum Reception Service, - Exercise the functions of director (trice) in case of necessity (according to diploma). Special constraints:
Annualized work schedule, split hours during school period.
Wanted Profile Required diplomas: BPJEPS LTP with UC of direction, BAFD or equivalent diploma. Experience in a similar position is desirable. B permit appreciated. Know-how and know-how:
- Supervise, animate, motivate, and unify a team, - Develop and implement projects while ensuring follow-up and evaluation, - Listen to your interlocutor, analyze his request and respond in a courteous manner, - Master office tools, - Work in a team and manage conflict situations, - Manage emergencies, - Prioritize your missions, - Be able to report in writing and orally, - Be able to take initiatives and have a sense of responsibility.

- Have a sense of organization, be methodical, - Show rigor, diligence, and punctuality, - Have a sense of the public service, pedagogy, and empathy, - Have good relational qualities with all the publics welcomed, the parents, the partners as well as the animation team and the direction, - Be available, diplomatic, and attentive, - Show adaptability and autonomy, - Respect the deontological rules of the public service.
Statutory conditions Full-time vacant position to be filled as soon as possible, open to the cadre of employment of animation assistants by way of transfer, detachment, or contract.
