We are looking for a dedicated instructor to join our team and contribute to the development of top-tier training programs.
As an instructor, your primary responsibility will be to effectively implement and document the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process. You will analyze subject material, design training objectives, develop lessons, and evaluate the training process. You will also promote industrial safety and contribute to organizational effectiveness.
Requirements- 5 years of maintenance experience at DCPP's maintenance or training department OR 5 years of experience in maintenance or training from another company.
- Proficiency in all areas of the ADDIE process.
- Excellent platform skills.
- 5 years Electrical Maintenance Experience at another Nuclear Power Plant OR 7 years other Power Plant Electrical Experience OR Completed Electrical Apprenticeship OR Electrical Engineering Degree & 1 year Nuclear Power Plant Experience.
- Instructor experience in an adult learning environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Vision Application Suite.
- Basic familiarity with SAP.
