Job Title

Conservatoire de Wissous is recruiting its future artistic harp and ensemble of harp teacher for part-time (5H) position H/F

- Teach an artistic discipline: harp and ensemble of harp
- Organize and follow the studies of students
- Evaluate the pedagogical and musical follow-up of students
- Artistic vigilance and updating of one's practice

- Place of work:
Conservatoire de Wissous
- Possible trips depending on the places of diffusion
- Working time organized according to the school schedule
- Active participation in pedagogical meetings, presence at the different events of the Conservatoire according to the programming imperatives
- Peaks of activity depending on the evaluations and the programming of the conservatories
- Respect of the deontology of teaching and sense of public service

- Permanent relations with students and parents of students.

- Occasional exchanges with elected officials during the councils of establishment
- Frequent relations internally with the team of the Conservatoire and the support services of the Paris-Saclay Community
- Cooperation with the other local artistic and cultural actors during artistic events, representations, projects with pedagogical dimensions, etc.

- Regular contacts with the institutional partners of the Conservatoire

- Instrumental park, specialized documentation related to the pedagogy and discipline taught (scores, scenographies, music reviews, etc.), discs, audiovisual material, specialized materials and equipment (pulpits, sound system, auditorium, etc.)

- Be attentive to students and know how to propose an adapted repertoire both technically and aesthetically
- Coordinate its programs with the other teachers and with the project of establishment
- Identify the different categories of audiences
- Adjust its methods and pedagogical modalities according to the students
- Exploit the results of the evaluation in the adjustment of the teachings- to the organization and to the conduct of jury
- Confront oneself to the different artistic productions on its discipline
- Know the general culture of the disciplines and practices taught
- Know the techniques of reading of the works
- Know the repertoires, composers and interpreters
- Pedagogical methods and techniques
- Principles and techniques of the interpersonal relation (listening, adaptation, expression, etc.) - Methods and techniques of evaluation

Art. L332-8 disposition 5 of the general code of the public service - A contractual employee can be recruited on this position because it is a position with a part-time and quotity of work time inferior to 50%. The proposed contract cannot exceed three years, renewable within the limit of a maximum duration of six years.
